Hey all you FirstKids' Families! I hope you are as excited for the Big Dig as Krystal and I are! Can you believe that at this time next year we will have read every word of the Bible?!? AMAZING!!! I know that sounds like a whole lot of work, and it is, but just remember that we have 3 reading plans for you to choose from: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Here is how they stack out:

GOLD: 23 Chapters of the Bible a week

- 3 Chapters a day and 5 Chapters on the weekends

SILVER: 12 Chapters of the Bible a week

- 2 Chapters a day and 2 on the weekends

BRONZE: 7 Chapters of the Bible a week

- 1 Chapter a day

Remember that if you choose either the Silver or Bronze reading plans you'll need to choose your chapters from within the 23 chapters that the Gold plan is working on so you can keep up with the 1 year goal. For example: Bronze plan families for the first week of the Big Dig can choose any 7 Chapters from the first 23 Chapters of Genesis. For the second week in the Bronze plan you'll want to choose your 7 Chapters from Genesis 24 - 46. Third week Bronze plan will choose your 7 Chapters from Genesis 47 - 50 & Exodus 1 - 19. Don't worry, I'll post every week what Chapters we will be reading through so you don't have to do the math yourself.
