Holiness

Note to you as a parent:

Believe it or not, the February 7th 2007 Wednesday Night Children’s Ministries topic will be…Holiness! Yes that’s right, your child will be learning the single most defining concept to the Nazarene church and it’s theology. While it is imperative for children to grasp this vital component of Christianity, I also realize that many of you may have just as blurred of a view of Holiness as your children do. In fact, I had never even heard of holiness until I started college at NNU, and I grew up in this church. So here is some quick info for you to brush up with so you can “teach them diligently to your children.” Duet. 6-7 Oddly enough, there is a Holiness conference going on this week at NNU, which is discussing the issues facing our Holiness tradition. It is not uncommon among Nazarene Church attendees to have little to no idea what holiness is and how it can impact their lives. Again, if you would like or need any further info or would just like to chat please feel free to call, email, or stop by and chat with me. My Number at the office is 503-581-3680, Email is Trobinson@SalemNaz.org and my office is the second door from the Foyer on your right in the East Hall.
