ONE AT A TIME GROUPS

One At A Time is a church-wide teaching series that can be enjoyed and experienced by our entire congregation. This will include: 8 Weekend Worship Experiences that sets the theme for the week, Personal Study through the reading of the ONE AT A TIME book by Kyle Idleman, Daily Devotions written by the Salem First staff and Board members incorporated into the Participants Guide, and Small Group Participation in 6 weekly video-driven gatherings.

This eight-week journey will lead us to see people the way Jesus does, and unlock the power of small things done with great love. We’ll also discover, God wants to do something in us before He does something through us.

LIFE GROUPS

Life Groups are a long-term small group ministry at Salem First Church of the Nazarene. These groups seek to support and encourage each other as disciples of Christ through all the ups and downs of life. The nature of a Life Group’s long-term commitment mean these are not always open to new members but our goal is to regular provide opportunities to become part of new Life Groups as they launch.

INTEREST GROUPS

These groups share a common interest, life situation, or hobby. The topic or title of the group will tell you a lot about the shared interest.

FREEDOM GROUPS

“Freedom Groups gather weekly (12 weeks) to discuss the Freedom study, which is designed to help you understand and to live a more fulfilling and victorious life in Christ. Freedom Groups build on the foundation of your faith in Christ to help you embrace the truth of God’s Word as it relates to your worldview, your past, your sin, your personal value to God, and your purpose in His Kingdom. This group experience culminates with a Friday evening, Saturday conference to bring testimonial teaching, together with prayer to tie the whole journey together and release you to walk in greater freedom
